Tomorrow I was set to host a baby shower for some ladies in my Bible study. There are four — yes four — pregnant women in the group. Or should I now say three, since one went into early labor and had baby Joshua yesterday. So we’re postponing the celebration.
Being newly married, it seems like the next question everyone asks is: “When are you going to have kids?” By this time, I’m used to it. Once you meet a special someone, people start asking when you’re going to get engaged. Then right after you get engaged, they want tons of wedding details. I’m also one to ask these types of questions, too, so I figure I should be able to answer.
Some newlyweds I know can’t stand being asked about starting a family. It’s like they hardly have enough time to enjoy being married. So, what do you think?
