There are a lot of perks for people on their birthday. Maybe you will get a present or two and hopefully someone will buy a meal or a cocktail.

My birthday perk? Champagne! I can't think of a better way to celebrate. Except, maybe for a week of giveaways.

One of my favorite parts about birthdays are the free ice cream coupons from Baskin Robbins and Cold Stone. So, since you all obviously love free stuff by participating in our birthday week giveaways, I thought I’d share some other birthday freebies.

Baskin Robbins: Become a Baskin Robbins Birthday Club member to get a coupon for free ice cream. I believe you can also get a  coupon for an ice cream cake.

Cold Stone Creamery: There’s also a Cold Stone Creamery Birthday Club that gives you a coupon for a free ice cream. I admit, I paid extra for a bigger scoop and another mix-in. It’s your birthday, why not?

Ace Hardware: A few days after my birthday, I got a $5 off $20 coupon from them. I seriously love my local Ace Hardware. Don’t forget to sign up for their Ace Rewards program to get this perk.

Sephora: Are you a Sephora beauty insider? By joining this free VIP group, you get a free gift from the beauty megastore.

CVS Pharmacy: I got a coupon for $3 or $5 off (can’t remember, sorry!) my purchase. Combine this with their Extra Care Bucks and you could walk out of there with a bounty for little booty.

Other tips: Check out local services and restaurants. Locally, I know of a local car wash that will give your car a free scrub on your birthday. I also know of some restaurants that will give you a free dessert or meal. Be sure to bring your ID to prove that it’s your birthday!
